If you are not concerned about your health then it shall become difficult for you to survive in this competitive world. Buy a good bra: you have probably heard comments about how your breasts get bigger when you are pregnant. This is true, and remains true after pregnancy during the time you are nursing. Good support for your fuller, heavier breasts is important. It helps them not get as saggy after, and relieves your upper back of the pain that comes from supporting heavier bosoms. So, go get fitted for a new bra after you get pregnant, and as your breast size increases.

Avoid using the word "diet" in your daily vocabulary. It is better to describe it as eating healthy or healthy living. If you use the word "diet", it can feel like being restricted from the food that you love.

Finances: It is a truism that financial mismanagement is one of the top 2 reasons why couples break up. Getting your financial house in order is the best thing you can do for the health of your relationship. That means getting rid of the ominous credit card debt, paying off student loans, keeping tabs on your credit score and having a savings and long term investment program in place. In that way, you can start your marriage off on the right footing.

I happen to be married to a nurse who works in administration at a local hospital. So we walk together to his hospital every morning. It takes about twenty minutes. We say goodbye, and I walk back. This one change will increase your metabolism and raise your glucose level giving you more energy and better concentration.

You know what makes you feel good and what doesn't. If drinking plenty of water, taking certain supplements, or eating multiple small meals a day makes you feel better, then you already know more than the experts. Similarly, you probably know which of your "bad" habits make you feel ill, like eating too much sugar or spending too much time at your desk. If you are not sure what makes you feel better or worse, keep a diary for seven to twenty-one days. Log your daily food intake, exercise, level of stress, amount of sleep, and anything else that might affect your level of health. Notice what happens when you add or vary any of your habits.
